Voice Broadcasting to Teleseminar Registrants

Let’s talk about doing a voice broadcast to your teleseminar registrants. If you are not currently doing teleseminars, I recommend you incorporate this strategy into your business flow. We call it “selling from the seat” because you don’t have to leave the comfort of your own home. You can literally conduct a teleseminar over the phone. What we want to cover is a specific strategy on doing follow-up Voice Broadcasting.
In order to have the highest level of active participants attending your teleseminar, I suggest using a voice broadcasting service. It allows you to capture the phone numbers, and once you have the numbers of all the registrants who would like to participate in on your teleseminar, you can do a voice broadcast to them as well as send out an email the day of your teleseminar. The other part to this strategy is getting your prospects on the phone for your teleseminar. My recommendation is to further utilize your voice broadcasting service by entering every person who registered for your teleseminar.
Let me elaborate. Let’s say 500 people registered for your teleseminar. You would take that list of 500 phone numbers and leave one single voicemail on your voice broadcasting service reminding them of your teleseminar and giving them the necessary information. Afterwards, you can broadcast your voicemail message to all your registrants, which is going to increase your attendance rate. The more people you have attending your teleseminar, the more likely they are going to buy your product. This strategy is great for people conducting a free teleseminar. If you are doing a paid teleseminar, your attendance is usually higher, and the steps mentioned above are just as effective. Over-deliver on reminding your clients when the teleseminar is going to take place.
