Last week I outlined a great video and business marketing quiz to check out. I’ve had a tremendous amount of great feedback from people that took the quiz and downloaded the free software that allows you to create your own landing page quizzes.
Well, by now if you haven’t heard of Eban Pegan, the creator of the Altitude program, then I advise you to pay attention to this guy.
He’s young, has an incredibly sharp mind and he’s even making the gurus think twice about how they operate their business and their marketing campaigns.

I can tell you from my own experience, when I had none, it was all I could ever think about… I kept saying to myself, “Wouldn’t it be great if I had someone else to do, this, that and the other…”.

So about 2 years ago I hired my first assistant full time, turns out she was extremely flaky and I ended up firing her, but now I employ over 8 people full time, with an additional 15 outsourced sub-contractors from 6 different countries.
I can tell you it’s been quite a learning curve with hiring, firing, training, payroll, taxes and the list goes on.
